Who We Are Not

We Are Not Henry Ford

We do not see the client as just a number in a list of jobs to crank out as fast as possible. Graphic designers make themselves "affordable" through an assembly-line approach to your projects. Quality demands thought and effort. There is a time and place for dollar-store quality; Roundhouse does not exist in that time or place.

We Are Not Mouse Chauffeurs

Many designers can give you a decent product: as long as you play back-seat driver and tell them every mouse click to make. They seem unable to make a good decision without your directions. These people somehow ended up in the wrong major, if they studied graphic design at all. Time for a new designer.

We Are Not Prima Donnas

On the other hand, some designers seem unable to take directions at all. These artsy prima donnas care more about expressing themselves than solving your problem. They don't seem to care what you know, even though it's your blood, sweat, and tears you've commissioned them to promote. Roundhouse listens.

We Are Not Makeup Artists

True beauty is more than skin deep. Instead of taking time to analyze the client's needs, many graphic designers jump right into making the design beautiful, trying out some new eye candy they learned. Roundhouse doesn't make facades; we develop heart and soul performance.

We Are Not Smoke In Your Eyes

You have dealt with those who say, "I'll be there by ten," but are nowhere to be found for a week. You have real work to accomplish, and should be able to trust the word and work of those you commission to help you. We recognize how important your business is to you, and we prefer straight-forward and honest dealings.
